Return Policy
Want to return a product? No problem!
We strive to keep our customers satisfied with our services, which is why we offer a convenient return system. To do this, please follow a few steps:
1. Inform our team about the issue and send us photos at contact@vervory.com
If the product has not been used and its appearance or commercial integrity has not been altered (e.g., torn packaging, removed labels, etc.), in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994), you have the right to submit a withdrawal/return request within fourteen (14) days of purchase by contacting us at contact@vervory.com.
You may return a product in the case of a defect or error related to it. Unfortunately, even the most well-known brands are not immune to manufacturing defects. We may also make mistakes during the packaging process. If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us and fill out the relevant form.

2. Why are photos required?
We remind our customers that we do not have a physical store and operate exclusively remotely. Photos help us understand the nature of the issue or defect, thereby speeding up the process of returning the product and refunding your payment. Through photos, we can verify the packaging’s integrity, as it is mandatory that the packaging is undamaged when returning a product you no longer want or ordered by mistake.
3. Return Process
After we review your return request, you will receive a response from us within 14 days. Once the relevant department approves the return, you will receive return instructions via email, including the appropriate return address.
4. Shipping Costs

Please note that we cover return shipping costs only if the error in your order was caused by us.
If the error is not related to our company, the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer
